Create new efficiencies that delight users, maximize profitability, and position FSMB for even larger regulatory ambitions.

FSMB originally worked with a different technology partner for this project that ended in disaster. Past schedule, over budget, and without a working product, they turned to us hoping for a fresh start but understandably gun-shy.
By communicating early and often, confidently leading initial discovery activities, and keeping a razor sharp eye on the project objectives & timeline we were able to rapidly demonstrate our competence and put any concerns to rest. With excellent rapport in place the project was free to progress smoothly all the way to final delivery.
